How often are the individual tips sent to me? The free tips series are normally distributed one new tip per day on a daily basis.

Some tips series may distribute on a different schedule.

I have completed the subscription form but I was either not re-directed to Tip #1 or I do not see an email in my InBox with Tip #1 information. If you were not automatically re-directed to Tip #1 after completing the subscription form, check your email in a couple of minutes.

Each free tips series is sent to you to the email you entered into the subscription form.

If there is not an email waiting for you within a few minutes after you subscribe,  check to make sure the email was not automatically put into either your BULK or SPAM folders.

Make sure my email address, brent@webtennis.net , is put in your email address book so your email server doesn't think I'm sending you SPAM.

The link in the email to a tip is not clickable (highlighted). Try either copying & pasting the link into a new web browser's address bar.

If you are unsure hot to copy & paste, then open up a new web browser window, type the link (the URL) into the address bar of the new browser window, and then either click Enter or Go depending on your browser.

The link to the tip brings up a "Page Not Available" webpage. On occasion the server for that specific page may be down temporarily.  Wait a few minutes and then try again.

Also, your internet connection may be either too slow or your connection may have been temporarily disconnected for some reason.

Try to re-establish your connection, re-start your computer, and try again.

The video does not load or play properly at the tip's webpage. The video tips play directly from the website.  You do not have to download them.

Video Viewing Software:  Depending on the tips series you have subscribed to, you will need either one or both of the following free software programs on your computer to view the videos:

Flash and QuickTime are both free and simple to get onto your computer.

High Speed Internet Connection:  You must have a high speed internet connection to load and view the video clips.  A dial-up telephone modem is not fast enough and will not load and/or play the video clips properly.

If you have a high speed connection and are experiencing problems, your connection may be slowed down to unusually high usage by your internet provider at that moment OR your computer's RAM memory may be too full.

Close all of your programs (be sure to first "Save" any files you may be working on), wait two minutes after shut down, and then re-start your computer.

Open the tip's webpage again and see if the video will now work for you.  If not, try to view the tip at a time when you feel there is not a high usage by your internet provider.

I cannot hear any audio from either the video clip or the audio button. You've probably already made sure, but check your computer's speakers to confirm there is power to them.

If there is power to your speakers, check to make sure the speakers are not muted.

For PC users...

  • Go to "Start",
  • then "Setting",
  • then "Control Panel",
  • then "Sounds and Audio Devices:,
  • then "Volume". 
  • Make sure the Mute check box is not checked.

May I download the free tips series video or audio clips to my computer? Yes, no problem, you have my permission to download the clips for your personal use only.

Injuries:  What is your opinion on medications like cortisone, orthotics, and other types of treatment aids? Cortisone & Ibuprofen:  I am not a believer in cortisone and/or ingesting lots of ibuprofen. 

It can possibly reduce inflammation temporarily, but a cortisone injection or lots of ibuprofen does not necessarily solve your ongoing problem for future injury prevention.

Cortisone has been shown to weaken tendons and fascia. 

Ibuprofen has been shown to cause internal problems.

Reducing inflammation is not always that difficult if done properly.

Once you've reduced inflammation, future injury prevention is an absolute must to protect yourself from suffering another injury in the immediate and distant future.

Orthotics:  I am not a big believer in orthotics for plantar fascia injuries.

My opinion is that orthotics are designed to stretch your arch and fascia by "pushing" your arch up into your body weight.

When I had my plantar fascia injuries years ago, I tried several different types of orthotics with zero success.

I believe that arch muscles and the fascia needs to be stretched, not by "pushing", but by "pulling" up from an ankle support.

It may seem like a trivial difference, but when I tried ankle supports to help maintain a nice continuous even stretch throughout the day for my arch and fascia, my plantar fascia injury started to heal.

A big majority of my customers report the same results.

What forms of payment may I use in addition to a credit card or PayPal? Secure Payment:  My merchant account is a secure payment processor.

Visa, MasterCard, PayPal:  In addition to accepting credit cards such as Visa & MasterCard, you may also use your PayPal account.

American Express:  If you want to use your American Express card, I have to process that manually through a secondary merchant account.

Personal checks, Certified checks, Money or Postal or bank orders, etc.:  Not a problem.

I do understand that some folks are not comfortable using their credit card even though my merchant account is a secure payment processor.

I cannot find the payment form for the product I wish to purchase. The payment links are normally located at the end of each product's main information or tip webpage.

I tried to use a credit card, but it was denied.  What do I do now? There are several possibilities...
  • You may have mistyped or omitted some of your card's and/or contact information.  Double check to make sure everything is correct.
  • Your card may have expired.  Use another card if you have one.
  • If the solutions above do not help, try one more time, and if the card is still denied, you will be given an option to have your card processed "Offline".

    That means that you are giving me (no one else) permission to manually process your credit card for you. 

    Not a problem.  I have a second secure merchant account I use for manually processing credit cards if needed.

    If you choose to have your card processed "Offline", it is assumed I will be able to manually process your card successfully, and you will then be re-directed to your product's download page.

    If for some reason I am unable to manually process your card successfully, I will contact you to arrange for a different form of payment.

My credit card or PayPal account was accepted, or I chose to have my order processed Offline, but I was not automatically re-directed to the product's download page. This happens from time to time.  Not a problem.

Credit Cards:  First thing to do is to check your email.  When you successfully completed your payment, an email should have been automatically sent you within a few minutes.

A link to your download page is contained in that email.

Are there any additional shipping fees to destinations outside of the United States?

What is your method for shipping?

How long does it take for my order to arrive to me?

Shipping Fees:  Not for my tennis instructional or injury treatment products (Download only, DVD, or Computer CD).

There may be additional shipping fees for certain injury treatment aids such as supports, splints, stretching aids, etc.

There may be additional shipping fees for some of my recommended tennis learning aids such as the PracticeHit Stroke Developer, the 8Board, etc.

Shipper:  Within one business day of your order, I place your package with the US Postal mail.

How Long?:  Normally, 2-3 business days within the U.S. and Canada, and approx. 7 business days outside of North America.

I live outside of the United States.  What is my currency's conversion rate from US dollars? I don't know.

I am not a computer expert.  Is downloading any of the material difficult to do? Usually it's not.  However, as they say, this internet thing still is not an exact science, and even computer experts can experience a little problem now and then.

The directions I have posted at the download page are straight forward, however, for some folks, it's also just not worth taking the several minutes to read through the directions and download the videos.

You must have a high speed internet connection to download your product's information, especially the videos.

A telephone dial-up connection cannot handle the file sizes.  If you have a dial-up connection, please order either the DVD or Computer CD versions for your desired product.

If I order the product's Download Only version, and then later decide I want to order the DVD or CD versions, how do I upgrade to a disc version? Your specific product's download page should have payment links for you to upgrade to either the DVD or Computer CD versions.

Can I trust your 100% customer satisfaction guarantee? Completely...

If I can't help you, I don't want to keep your money.

This is my sole business, and my reputation counts for a ton, and not honoring my 100% lifetime customer satisfaction guarantee does nothing positive for me and/or my business.

Do some customers request a refund?  Yes.

My refund rate for my tennis instructional products is under 1%, and my refund rate for my injury treatment products is under 2%.

All I ask is you give my products a fair and honest try. 

If I request a refund, how long does it take to get my money returned?

Credit Cards:  In most cases I can immediately authorize a refund to your credit card company as soon as I receive your refund request.

However, for whatever reason that I have not yet figured out, either my merchant account or your credit card company will force me to manually issue you a refund.

This is not a problem, but I may have to mail you a refund check as soon as I receive your refund request.

PayPal:  If you ordered through PayPal, I will refund your purchase amount back to your PayPal account as soon as I receive your refund request.

Checks:  If you ordered with a check, I will mail you a refund check as soon as I receive your refund request.

And again, my refund policy is strictly "no questions asked", however, I do ask that you give my product a fair and honest try prior to requesting a refund.

Will the Video CD version play in my computer's CD drive? Yes.  In fact, the videos will only play in your computer's CD drive, not a DVD player.

If your computer has a DVD drive, the Video CD will play the videos from that drive.

Any additional audio only files (non video) associated with your product's CD are formatted as MP3 files and should play in any CD player such as your car's CD player.

Is the DVD version compatible with non United States DVD players? Yes. 

The DVDs are formatted for all DVD players worldwide, however, on a very rare occasion, there may be incompatibility.

First thing to do is to check your email.  When you successfully completed your payment, an email should have been automatically sent you within a few minutes.

I have downloaded the videos, but one or more of the videos does not play properly. Video:  There is always a slim chance that one of the video files may have been corrupted during the download.

Try deleting the file from your computer and then download that video file again from the download page.

If the video still does not play properly, make sure you have the most recent updated versions of both the free Flash and QuickTime video players properly downloaded onto your computer.

You may also want to re-start your computer first before viewing the videos.

Close all of your programs (be sure to first "Save" any files you may be working on), wait two minutes after shut down, and then re-start your computer.

Open the tip's webpage again and see if the video will now work for you.  If not, try to view the tip at a time when you feel there is not a high usage by your internet provider.

Audio:  You've probably already made sure, but check your computer's speakers to confirm there is power to them.

I received my disc but it will not play properly. If you are trying to play the disc through one of your computer's drives, the DVD will only play through a computer's DVD drive, not a CD drive, or it will play from a stand alone DVD player.

If your CD will not play properly, try re-starting your computer.

Close all of your programs (be sure to first "Save" any files you may be working on), wait two minutes after shut down, and then re-start your computer.
