The Forehand & Backhand Slice Groundstrokes

Imagine...

It's only the first game of a match with a new opponent, and your opponent absolutely loves how the bounce and speed of your backhand topspin groundstroke sets up for their shot.

Discover how to play your forehand & backhand slices like this...

The "3 Magic Moves"
of Forehand & Backhand Slice Groundstrokes
taught by Brent Abel

Right, it's only the first game of the match, but you can tell after only a few of your backhand drives that this is not what you want to play to your opponent on a regular basis.

Now it's the second game of the match, and after changing sides of the net, just as your opponent starts to think they have you figured out, you set up to play another backhand drive, but this time you smoothly switch to your continental grip, wait for just the right moment as your opponent's shot arrives, and you effortlessly carve out a gorgeous backhand slice that just seems to keep going deeper and deeper towards your opponent's baseline.

As your shot lands about a foot inside the baseline, the ball doesn't really bounce up, in fact it skids from your slight underspin, stays incredibly low, and seems to almost pick up speed through the bounce.

As your opponent backs up way behind their baseline to handle the never ending depth of this nasty looking thing you've just driven at them, the concern on their face turns to horror as they have zero idea of how to handle your shot.

Their swing timing is late.  Their shot careens over to the other court.  And the match is right now for all intents and purposes... over.

The rest of the match is a series of you mixing in topspin and slice drives, that's right, both forehand and backhand slices, even when you're pulled out wide for those rare times you have to play a defensive shot.

Your opponent finally resorts to trying to hit all out winners because they realize they cannot handle your ability to mix speed,  spin, and how that combination plays havoc with the bounce on their side of the net.

You can make this happen...

I will clearly and easily show you how to take the mystery out of these vital strokes and how you can develop a very dependable underspin slice forehand & backhand.

Simple but Precise Fundamentals

This is a detailed lesson with a series of video clips, explaining what are the exact fundamentals and when they must happen.

These shots have often been a real mystery for many players to learn.

We're going to break it down step by step and then take you through a simple practice plan.

These shots will eventually become so comfortable that you'll now truly be versatile from both your forehand & backhand sides...

And that versatility means you'll not only be able to offensively change the pace and the bounce, but you'll also be able to defend much more effectively on balls hit out wide to your forehand & backhand.

Your ability to play slice groundstrokes on command will instantly raise your game to another level.
